Stainless Steel Reverse Dutch Woven Mesh

Stainless Steel Reverse Dutch Woven Mesh

Stainless steel reverse Dutch woven mesh is a type of woven wire mesh that is often used in applications requiring high strength and durability, as well as resistance to corrosion. It's woven using a unique technique that involves alternating the direction of the warp and weft wires in a reverse pattern.

Reverse Dutch woven stainless steel has more refined filtration effect, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other fields. Through continuous technological innovation and improvement, we can produce various specifications of antiwire woven stainless steel wire mesh.

Reverse dutch woven wire mesh is mainly made of stainless steel wire, which is chemical resistance, alkali and acid resistance, rust and corrosion resistance. It can ensure the durable filtering performance during the usage. The reverse dutch weave can also be used in brass wire, which is also has chemical stability for filtering.

The stainless steel reverse Dutch weave mesh has thicker weft threads and thinner warp threads. Creating a tightly woven, dense mesh with high strength and filtration efficiency.

Advantage and Application of Stainless Steel Reverse Dutch Mesh

Higher Strength and Durability

● The weft (horizontal) wires are thicker, and the warp (vertical) wires are thinner in reverse Dutch woven mesh. This structure provides higher mechanical strength, making it more durable in high-pressure and heavy-load environments.

● It is ideal for industries such as oil, gas, and chemicals, especially in filtration systems that need to withstand high pressures and extreme conditions.

Better Wear Resistance

● Due to the thicker weft wires, reverse Dutch woven mesh is more resistant to abrasion and wear. This makes it suitable for applications where the mesh will be exposed to rough conditions or abrasive materials.

● It’s particularly useful for filtering larger or rougher particles, or in situations where wear resistance is crucial, such as mining or coarse material filtration.

Optimized Filtration Performance

● Reverse Dutch woven mesh typically has tapered or conical-shaped openings. This design helps capture larger particles while ensuring that fluid flows through at a higher rate, reducing the likelihood of clogging.

● This feature makes it ideal for applications that need to filter larger particles or allow higher flow rates, such as liquid or gas filtration.

Better Corrosion Resistance

● Typically made from stainless steel, reverse Dutch woven mesh offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for harsh environments, including chemical processing, food industry applications, or marine environments.

Structural Stability

● The structure of reverse Dutch woven mesh is more stable, helping to prevent deformation under pressure or external force. This makes it reliable for long-term use in demanding industrial environments, providing durability and long-lasting performance.

Packing and Shipping

The packing of Reverse dutch woven mesh typically involves the following methods to ensure protection during transportation and storage.

● Rolls: Most Stainless steel Reverse dutch woven mesh is rolled into cylindrical shapes, which makes it easier to handle and transport. The diameter of the roll can vary based on the mesh size and wire diameter.

● Flat Sheets: For certain applications,Reverse dutch woven mesh may be packaged as flat sheets. These sheets are usually separated by protective layers (like cardboard or plastic) to prevent scratches or damage.

● Plastic Wrap: Rolls or sheets are often wrapped in plastic to protect against moisture and dust during shipping and storage.

● Custom Packaging: Depending on the customer's requirements, stainless steel wire mesh may be packaged in custom boxes or crates, especially for large orders or specific applications.

● Labelling: Each package typically includes labels detailing product specifications, such as mesh size, wire diameter, material grade, and quantity.

● Pallets: For bulk orders, rolls or sheets may be placed on wooden or plastic pallets for easier handling and transport.

The specific packing method can vary based on the manufacturer, order size, and customer preferences. If you need more detailed information or have specific packing requirements in mind, feel free to ask!
