Stainless Steel Five Heddle Weave Mesh is a special type of stainless steel wire mesh which provides a rectangular opening. The unique design of this mesh can assist increased drainage and flow properties. This mesh also has a smooth surface on one side, which is widely used in filtration of petroleum chemical industries, in the form of filter ribbons and filter elements and wire mesh gauze packing.
The main materials of five heddle weave wire cloth is stainless steel wire SUS304, SUS304L, SUS316, SUS316L, SSD667 and SSD669.
The weaving process of the five heddle mesh adopts a special interweaving method, where each warp wire is interwoven with five weft wires to form a mesh. Unlike traditional plain or twill weaves, the five heddle mesh has multiple weft wires interlaced at each interweaving point, which increases the strength and durability of the mesh surface.
