Let me tell you our story:

Since 2015 our sale manager try to contact them, but until 2021 July, Jennifer Cui find them again by Google then called them several times, finally she connect them successfully. They are a very famous distributor in Japan and every wire manufacturer want to supply them.

I want to say that we are so lucky to get stainless steel wire inquiry from them, though the first inquiry is just 100kgs for 0.5mm soft annealed bright W1 wire.

Throughout the inquiry process: Based on the end customers’s demands: Our two sides have conducted in-depth exchanges and confirmation, include the JIS steel grade, the wire diameter tolerance, the tensile strength, the bobbin size and types, net weight and tolerance etc.

I am so excited that we get a trial order from them soon, my customer later told me that our professional about wire products and the competitive prices deeply attract them.

During our cooperation, we also met some problems, such as: special package request or some special details production request ... Every time my customer and i will discuss and analyze together and solve them one by one.

As one of the biggest Japan distributors: i deeply understand they have different end customers in the domestic market, A variety of quality requirements exist wait, so all we do is try our best efforts to meet their demands and offer the most cost-effective wire product.
