Products Description

430 is a low-carbon plain chromium ferritic stainless steel. This alloy has good corrosion resistance in mildly corrosive environments and good resistance to oxidation at elevated temperatures.

Steel GradeCSiMnPSCrMoNi

Features

● Good corrosion resistance: 430 stainless steel wire has good corrosion resistance and is particularly suitable for occasions that are not exposed to very harsh environments.

● High temperature resistance: 430 stainless steel wire has good high temperature resistance and can usually withstand temperatures up to 815°C, but it may lose some strength when used at high temperatures for a long time.

● Magnetic properties: As it is a ferritic stainless steel, 430 stainless steel has strong magnetism, which is a significant difference from austenitic stainless steel.

● Easy to process: 430 stainless steel performs well in cold processing and is suitable for processing operations such as cutting, stamping, and bending, and there will be no major difficulties during processing.

● Lower cost: As 430 stainless steel wire contains less nickel, it has a lower manufacturing cost and is more cost-effective than austenitic stainless steel (such as 304 stainless steel).

● Wear resistance: 430 stainless steel wire has relatively good wear resistance and is suitable for use in some mild wear environments.

● Weldability: 430 stainless steel wire has good weldability and can be connected by conventional welding methods, although its weldability is slightly inferior to that of austenitic stainless steels such as 304.

● Oxidation resistance: 430 stainless steel wire can resist oxidation under high temperature conditions, but has poor corrosion resistance in certain strong acid or highly chlorinated environments.

Stainless Steel Wire for Kitchen Things

A stainless steel scrubber wire is a type of cleaning tool made from thin stainless steel wire formed into a scrubbing pad or ball. It's commonly used for scrubbing pots, pans, dishes, and surfaces, especially those with stubborn stains or grease. Stainless steel scrubbers are durable and resistant to rust, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks.

Tungsten Wire Mesh

Tungsten wire mesh is special due to the metal used. With purity more than 99.9% Tungsten is a greyish-white refractory metal, has the highest tensile strength among all metals. Tungsten is extracted from ores, crushed to become powdery and thereafter mixed and molded to create the wire mesh.

Copper Wire Mesh

Copper Mesh is made from pure copper or high-copper alloys. Copper mesh has a variety of specifications and weaving methods, the most common ones are plain weave, twill weave, etc. In addition, copper mesh is also divided into brass mesh, copper mesh, and phosphor bronze mesh.
